Designed to move the body physically and energetically, work the heart and lungs and increase endurance. Expect heart pumping cardio sequences moving to the beat of music and playlists you will want to download.

pilates inspired, full body burn.
mat werk
A pilates inspired, non-impact mat class designed to sculpt the body and teach it to move well. We focus on stability, mobility and core connection resulting in a full body burn.
Equipment can include bands, yoga blocks and pilates balls to add intensity or offer variations in movements.

DEEP RECOVERY
BODY WERK
Designed to balance the body of the intensity and your regular movement practices. We tune the body and nervous system through mobility, fascial flossing, lymphatic drainage and breathwork. Tools include massage balls, foam rollers, bands and blocks.

Deep recovery and opening of the body targeting areas in the body that hold stress. Designed to be a massage for your muscles so the body can perform optimally.
