HIRING Cafe Supervisor

• Weekend Availability Needed (Must have availability, Friday + Saturday)

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bistro assistant manager to join our team. You’ll be instrumental in leading shifts, supporting our front-of-house team, and maintaining a consistently exceptional guest experience.

What You Bring
• 2+ years of barista experience, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (key holder, shift lead, or manager)
• A passion for coffee, healthy food, and an active lifestyle
• You’re punctual, outgoing, hardworking, and energetic
• Strong multitasking skills and a keen eye for detail
• A commitment to teamwork, positivity, and customer service excellence
• Availability for full-time hours, including at least one weekend day

Your Responsibilities
• Lead and support daily café operations and opening/closing duties
• Motivate and coach staff on shift to deliver excellent service
• Maintain quality control and ensure cleanliness and food safety standards
• Support inventory management and assist with ordering
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and warmth
• Be a hands-on leader during busy shifts, setting the tone for the team
