Meals by TurF: Three Day Meal Plan


This three day meal plan will focus on replenishing nutrients, reducing inflammation, and supporting the liver and immune system. There will be an emphasis on adding things versus eliminating, although it is recommended that processed sugars, foods that come in packaging and caffeine and alcohol be removed. The goal is not to lose weight or cleanse, rather to improve energy and clarity so the body can thrive.


  • Breakfast, Lunch, Snack, Dinner + Night Cap x 3 days
  • An email from Holistic Nutritionist, Trilby, explaining the benefits of each item within your meal plan + wellness tips to incorporate into your daily routine.
  • Option to add on a bag of TurF Granola, Birdee Bites or Protein Mylk


  • ROUND ONE: Pre-order your meal plan by February 1st for pick up on Sunday, February 5th. This round starts on the Monday.
  • ROUND TWO: Pre-order your meal plan by February 15th for pick up on Monday, February 20th (Family Day.) This round starts on the Tuesday.
  • Please select the meal plan that applies to you - i.e. access to a blender or not, 100% plant based or not. 

All menu items are made in-house with real, good-for-you ingredients and can be eaten on-the-go or enjoyed heated up at home.
