Shop + Studio Worker
Reporting to the Retail / Studio GM, The Retail / Studio Worker is responsible for the day to day operations of the TurF Studio and Shop while on shift. This role will also ensure smooth operations of he shop, efficient check-in and check-out of the studio, inventory management of all TurF product, the daily sales goals, training of new team members while modeling our commitment to great guest
experience and building community. Background in merchandising or retail a plus as looking for someone to grow into the Retail Studio Manager position.

Key duties + responsibilities include:
- Opening and or closing of the space including all the daily operations of both the studio and the shop
- Coaching and developing the team while on shift to deliver the best performance out of all TurF staff
- Promote teamwork, a positive atmosphere and deliver excellent customer service
- Verbally receives and gives feedback with a commitment to his/her own development
- Displays a clean, and organized work ethic and maintains a clean work space
- Proper management of inventory including adding products into our systems for sales and putting on the floor
- Merchandising the space for strong sell through and movement of product and looking at product assortment, movement and sales to see what shifts need to be done in buying
- Supports Retail Studio GM in buying and recommending product for the shop
- Responsible for hitting daily sales targets
- Responsible for attending TurF events and building community
- Knowledge of TurF products and able to educate guests and train staff on what we offer
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in a high volume, fast paced studio or retail shop
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Responsible for working during peak hours, which may include mornings, evenings and weekends
- Passion for health and wellness and love for working out
