Mobilization Nation (Yoga)

During this 60min class with Genieve we will warm up the whole body in all 6 degrees of freedom for the joints, and each class will target a specific group of muscles to mobilize, strengthen and lengthen.  
Genieve has been a chiropractor for 15 years, and teaches anatomy and rehabilitation in advanced teacher trainings and colleges.  This class is designed to be both a workout and medicine for the myofascial system from all your athletic endeavours.  
This class is inspired by over a decade of teaching yoga and 15 year of being a Chiropractor.
