A movement class designed to untangle the body – physically + emotionally.

The first half of class integrates low impact, heart-pumping movement where we play with unusual shapes to open up the heart, rinse out the spine and mobilize the shoulders and hips – all set to a soulful, joy-fuelled playlist. Then, we get ahold of the heart, and soothe the nervous system with mindful flow – a moving meditation with a little core sprinkled in to keep us warm.
No dance experience, coordination or rhythm necessary – all that is required is an open mind.
